This is a rare opportunity to join our core team. You will join an ambitious and dynamic team that takes pride in creating a hugely impactful enterprise product that delights customers and consists of the highest level of craft and execution. You will be expected to use your business acumen and technical orientation to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, help them onboard to our platform and establish trusted relationships with them.

About you

  • At least 4 years of experience working at a B2B tech company or startup
     

  • At least 4 years of experience in customer success, customer support, sales or account management roles
     

  • Excellent English speaker with prolific communication and presentation skills
     

  • Comfortable owning the implementation process to build trusted relationships with customers, from onboarding through product training and customer growth
     

  • Deep understanding of financial metrics and business KPIs
     

  • Possess technical orientation and able to answer high-level technical questions asked by customers
     

  • Can identify and write best practices on how to use product
     

  • Looking to work in a fast-paced environment, while solving fundamental industry problems
     

  • B.A. in business administration, finance, economics, math or a related analytical field; MBA is a plus

  • Ability to leverage your product knowledge and technical experience to ensure customers receive the utmost value from the product
     

  • Experience representing the voice of the customers to provide feedback and insights to R&D team
     

  • Assume end-to-end ownership of your work
